We offer free shipping for orders above USD $99 For orders under that amount we will add a shipping fee of 20 CAD ($15 USD). We also offer expedited delivery service for $30 in addition. Kindly refer to our shipping term for detail.

Call or email us with your inquiry. If you need to change size/color/product, we can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse. If the order has left the warehouse, place a new order and return the wrong order. You have to pay for the return freight.

In simple terms, you can put the jacket/pant into washing machine, with gentle cycle and cold water. After washing, do not hang to dry and make sure to use a dryer to keep the surface performance.
