It uses yarn-level sun protection, meaning the UV-blocking elements are woven directly into the yarn rather than added as a surface coating. Because of this, repeated washing, friction, and sweating will not easily reduce the sun-protection effect, making it long-lasting and durable. Many regular sun-protective shirts rely on coating-based protection, which may lose effectiveness after several washes.

UPF 100+ means that less than 1/100 of UV rays can pass through the fabric, blocking more than 99% of ultraviolet radiation. It provides more comprehensive protection in high-exposure environments such as plateaus, beaches, and long periods of direct sunlight.

The color of the mesh fabric is very close to the grey main fabric. From a normal social distance, the overall look appears coordinated and balanced, without the mesh pocket looking visually out of place.

Anti-UV fabric is generally not as abrasion-resistant or tear-resistant as hardshell jacket fabric. If it is caught by sharp objects such as branches, small holes or pulled threads may occur. For daily wear, it is best to avoid contact with sharp or rough surfaces.
