Q: What is the delivery time?
A: In general, orders takes around 2 weeks to arrive from the order date. We also offer expedited delivery service with some additional charges. For detailed shipping time, kindly refer to our shipping policy
 
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping for orders above CAD $100. For orders under that amount we will add a shipping fee of 20 USD ($30 CAD). We also offer expedited delivery service for $30 in addition. Kindly refer to our shipping policy for detail.

 

Q: Where can you ship and Where is my order shipped from?

A: Capelin-Crew now ships to over 100 countries via our international e-commerce partner (see below table for details). Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China.

 

Q: You are shipping internationally, do customer needs to pay VAT and Import duty?

A: Our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). CapelinCrew cooperates with third party logistic partners that let us pay on our customers' behalf. In other words, duty and VAT are already paid before shipping. Capelin Crew does not let our customers worry about customs duties. If you get charged custom duty, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. 

 

Q: Do you provide any product warranty?

A: Yes we do! We provide 90 days product warranty free from manufacturing. For details of our warranty, please refer to warranty policy.

 

Q: I've ordered the wrong product/size/color, how do I change my order?
A: Call or email us with your inquiry. If you need to change size/color/product, we can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse. If the order has left the warehouse, place a new order and return the wrong order. You have to pay for the return freight.

 

Q: Do you provide free return/exchange?

A: No, CapelinCrew does not provide free returns. For details, please refer to return & exchange page. 

 

Q: What is your laundry instruction? How do I wash your product?
A: In simple terms, you can put the jacket/pant into washing machine, with gentle cycle and cold water. After washing, hang it for it to dry naturally, and do not use a dryer. 
 
Q: My garment is damaged/torned, what do I do?
