At Capelin Crew, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below are the details of our warranty policy.
Warranty Coverage:
Warranty Period: The warranty on our jackets lasts for 90 days following the receipt of the jacket. Our warranty covers defects even if the jacket has been worn.
Defect Coverage: We cover all defects originating from the manufacturing process. If you believe your jacket has a manufacturing defect, please take pictures or short videos of the defect and email them to info@capelin-crew.com for verification. Once verified, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the defective jacket at no cost to you. You can choose to receive a full refund or a brand new replacement.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages not associated with manufacturing defects. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:
Verification Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, please provide evidence of the defect via photos or videos and include your proof of purchase. After reviewing your claim, if it is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a pre-paid label to return the item for a refund or replacement.
