Payment Schedule: The first instalment is collected when the merchant confirms your order. The second and third instalments are scheduled automatically for 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

Your security is paramount. Klarna utilizes robust anti-fraud controls to protect our customers and prevent any unauthorized or fraudulent purchases.
While you are shopping at Capelin Crew, you can use Klarna to pay everything except non-refundable fees such as: Shipping fees, return shipping fees.
If you return any part of your order, Klarna will update your statement as soon as we process the return. Follow our store's standard return instructions and keep your tracking number. Crucially, log into your Klarna account and select "Report a return"—this will pause your payment statement until the refund is finalized. Once we register the return, a corrected invoice will be sent.
You are not required to pay for items that arrive damaged, broken, or are otherwise faulty. Please follow our store's standard dispute process, and remember to "Report a problem" in your Klarna account immediately to temporarily freeze your statement. After we have confirmed your cancellation or return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
You are not obligated to pay the statement until you have received your order. Please contact us for an update on your shipment's delivery status. In the meantime, log into your Klarna account and "Report a problem" to pause the payment due date until your order arrives.
If the amount or details on your statement don't match your order, please contact us directly for a correction. Be sure to "Report a problem" in your Klarna account to pause your statement while the discrepancy is being resolved.
Since Pay in 30 Days is a credit product, payment to Klarna is mandatory. Failure to pay on time may result in late payment fees. Klarna reserves the right to share information about missed payments with credit reference agencies, which could make it more difficult or more expensive for you to use Klarna or other credit services in the future. Pay in 3 is also a credit product requiring scheduled payments. Payments are automatically deducted from your linked card or bank account based on the agreed-upon schedule. Klarna will send you multiple friendly reminders beforehand to help you ensure you have sufficient funds. If a scheduled payment fails, you may incur a late fee.
