Where can you ship and Where is my order shipped from?

Capelin-Crew now ships to over 100 countries via our international e-commerce partner (see below table for details). Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China.

You are shipping internationally, do customer needs to pay VAT and Import duty?

Our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). CapelinCrew cooperates with third party logistic partners that let us pay on our customers' behalf. In other words, duty and VAT are already paid before shipping. Capelin Crew does not let our customers worry about customs duties. If you get charged custom duty, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

It typically takes 1-2 business days to process once the order has been placed. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once the order has been shipped. For example, if the order is placed on Friday, it will be processed on Monday and shipped out starting from Monday. The holidays that may impact our processing times includes: Chinese New Year, New Year, Christmas, Labour Day Holiday, China National Holiday.
